Then, using ethnography, personal interviews, charettes, focus groups, surveys, consensus building and additional investigation, we begin to unlock the untold stories that translate into the foundation of a brand's success.
Stakeholder Alignment & Analysis
Utilizing appropriate communications and evaluation methodologies, we connect with internal and external, and present and past brand communities, potential customers, and all relevant stakeholders to test, survey, confirm and reaffirm the brand strategy. If it's needed, we revise the strategy and then engage all channels and communities to share brand stories and begin to build brand equity.
